Considering a used Ford but not sure which one is best? We have a plethora of options here at Mac Haik Ford that are all designed to serve you for years to come.

It’s widely believed that some used cars are better than others, and while all used models are different, the low-mileage options on our lot are all vetted for their reliability.

Do I Need a Low-Mileage Used Car?

While there isn’t a set rule, vehicles that have over 100,000 miles can be considered risky. Of course, there are vehicles that can last well over 200,000 miles if properly cared for.

Keep in mind that it’s also important to consider the age of a used car before you buy it. Drivers generally add up to 15,000 miles a year to their odometers. Ask yourself if the car you like and its mileage align.

How Many Miles is Too Many?

The best way to know if your vehicle is a quality choice is by reviewing its vehicle history report. That can show you a vehicle’s maintenance records, if it has been involved in any accidents, and the repairs it has received. You can also see how many owners the vehicle has had and if it’s been used personally, commercially, or otherwise.

Do I Need a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle?

When you purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, you can feel confident about purchasing used. We have two levels of certification to give you the peace of mind you need.

  • Gold-certified vehicles. These Certified Pre-Owned models are less than six years old and have less than 80,000 miles on their odometers. They have also passed 172-point inspections, come with a 12-month/12,000-mile comprehensive limited warranty, and offer 24/7 roadside assistance.
  • Blue-certified vehicles. These models are less than 10 years old and have less than 120,000 miles. They have also passed 139-point inspections, come with a 90-day/4,000-mile comprehensive limited warranty, and also offer 24/7 roadside assistance.
